The Design Tech REU program is especially geared towards rising Junior and Senior undergraduate students. Applicants must be US Citizens.
Remember that this is a PAID opportunity and participants will be actively involved in on-going research projects. Students are required to live in campus housing, keep regular working hours, and participate in a few required seminars.
How to Apply
To Apply, please download the application and return a completed version of it. Please note that there are also requirements for recommendations AND a demonstration of work. This ‘Digital Portfolio’ can be in the form of digital artwork, completed projects, or pointers to websites. The idea is to demonstrate artistic ability with solid computer acumen or programming ability with an eye for design. You are encouraged to include anything that helps make your case. PLEASE do not send us originals! Digital versions of work is preferred.
ARTWORK SUBMISSIONS CANNOT BE RETURNED! So just send us a digital copy of it!
ENSURE THAT ALL MATERIALS CLEARLY IDENTIFY YOU, ESPECIALLY RECOMMENDATIONS AND POINTERS TO WEBSITES, ART, ETC.
